Abstract

The research is made to seek knowledge about Syariah Court procedure indeeling with parenthood recognition cases via qarinah. The study also, discussing the causes of qarinah in parenthood recognition. The writer also doing comparative study between previous and latest procedure, various method long has been applied such as referring Fiqh book, Internet and Court information. An effect on neglect family in pursuing parenthood recognition is known. The research study is evidence and cells for muslims to obey Syariah rules that already booked on Al-quran and As-Sunnah
