ItemThe Roles of Stakeholder in Mudharabah, Al-Wadi'ah and Musyarakah(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2006)This academic project discussed about the roles of stakeholder that involves or effected in mudharabah, al-wadi 'ah and musyarakah. This academic project is more focused on the individual or group community whom involves in this three system; mudharabah, al-wadi 'ah and musyarakah. Besides that, recognized the background of the stakeholder through professional opinions, the objectives of the stakeholder that adopted in muamalat system, the principles and effects of the stakeholder. The roles of stakeholder have been discussed on detailed through the Islamic perspective. The methodology used in this academic project like observation information gathered from Internet and library research for instance, from the established books, magazines and newspaper. Through the research the writer can conclude that the concept are for the advantageous and benefits of all people that involves either directly or indirectly. I hope this research would provide good knowledge to our societies.

Itemمكانة الإجتهاد وضروريته في الفتاو(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2006)In forgoing ahead to globalization era, we have been encountering with several serious problem that emerged by previous 'ulamak'. These problems arouse based on effect of critical knowledge development, resulting to economic alteration politic, social in society point, science and technology evolvement has caused to the various matters that must be critically viewed by 'tilantak' and specialist. By that reason Islam must being flexible with human changing needs. Thus, the writer has chosen this issue to write a thesis titled of "ljtihad and its Importance towards Fatwa ". This writings is elaborating and exploring about several integral matters which pertaining with 'ijtihad method' that have been practiced by most of 'ulaniak' today as well as accomplished in 'usul fiqh'. This new method will be correlating with a fatwa application method and becoming a solution for the existed issue, it is enclosing of field of muamalat, munakahat and medical criminal included science and technology aspect, furthermore this thesis will be exploring about important point relating with 'Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan' and its contribution towards Islamic development in Malaysia. Reviewing relevant documents and library studies were the tools employed for data gathering purposes. The result of this thesis will be ensuring that ijtihad is an important instrument in produce a fatwa.

To narrow down this research scope more in detail, the writer has chosen several views and the latest Islamic judgment on the brain death issue. In this research, the writer also discusses the meaning of brain death, its parts, types and its conditions and also a bit discussion about Euthanasia. Besides, the writer also used some evidence which be used by Islamic scholars in determine someone's death. In this research the writer also discusses the concept of brain death and its importance in decide someone death. At the end of this research, the writer also touches on the differences views between Islamic scholars and doctors and also their proof on this issue and the application of brain death nowadays.

Itemالظروف المشددة والمخففة في عقوبة التعزيز(Kolej Universiti Islam Malaysia, 2006)This research is made to know profoundly about the implementation of ta'zir punishment practiced in some Islamic countries. The main focus of this research toward the way of punishment implemented either it needs to be imposed heavily or light to the offender. The research can be categorized as library research because it points out and elaborates a lot of opinion and discussion of Islamic scholarship hm certain books such as fiqh and tafsir books. However there are no many books discuss this topic related to ta'zir punishment. So, it becomes one of the main objectives why this research is created. The main contents of this research, the researcher tries to explain the definition, Islamic perspective toward this punishment and the kind of offenses can be imposed under ta'zir punishment. Actually syara' & ta'zir punishment as acceptable punishment practiced in the society although it not clearly mentioned in the Quran or Sunnah about the amount and type. As a conclusion ta'zir punishment is subject to the discretion of the judge, the question arises about whether this discretionary power is absolute or limited.

ItemThe Application of Qarinah in Criminal Cases : A Case Study in Prosecution Unit, Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur(Kolej Universiti Islam Malaysia, 2005)This project paper discuss on the usage of Qarinah in Prosecution Unit in Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. This aim of study is morally cautious, detailed and profound on the Qarinah. To obtain material and information, several techniques have been used which are from book, internet, and interview with the people in the above unit. While main technique in the effort to obtain all the information is in the library and study in the Prosetution Unit in Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. This study shows that usage of Qarianh is very significant and it helps in supporting fact of certain case to facilitate decision making. This research also shows importance of the usage of Qarinah and its application as a proof in the court cases.
