زكاة الزروع والثمار بين الحنفية والشافعي : دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

In this research, the writer discussed about the question to zakat. It concluded the concept of zakat, which the writer discuss about the definition of zakat, the wisdom of zakat and its condition, the foundation, the dalil, and also the people who has the right to accept the zakat such as the pauper, the people who convert to islam, Ibnu Sabil and others. In this research, the writer also discussed about the concept of zakat of plants and fruits according to the view of Mazhab such as Syafi'i and Hanafi. Which is including the necessity zakat of plants and fruits, which it is compulsory to pay the zakat, the condition of the zakat plants and fruits and suitable time to pay this zakat. finnaly, in this research the writer discuss about the comparative studies between Syafi'i School and Hanafi's school. These comparative has been discussed in this research about the nisab to pay the zakat, which the Syafi'i school said that the ilisab is five ausak and it is not enough there is no need to pay the zakat. However Hanaji's school stated that nisab is not obligatory for zakat of plants and fruits is should be produced whether the plants is a little or many. The implementation of zakat of plants and fruits are different between those mazhab, and the writer explains it in this research.
