Abstract

Although time has changed and people have become modem but their level of thinking still at the old level. Magic or in Malay word 'sihir' which told by other people are satisfy to change human life from happiness to devastating are still believing by Malay society especially who live in the village or far away from town. The researcher surveyed the practice of this magic at Kampung Tasek Permai, Kelantan to reveal for the society the truth of the magic. Magic has negative effects on all people and they also were book the danger when they cooperate with switch. This danger will devastate human life. So, the researcher only focuses on the magic and its effect on the society. From this survey, the researcher was gave benefit to society especially gave more understanding; knowledge and information about magic and society become aware. Therefore the society will avoid themselves from the danger of the magic.
