Abstract

A research to the opinions of international doctors and scholars doesn't mean can produce a result which can be used. Euthanasia was a previous problem and nowadays it's being a problem that need to the result and must be gazette as a new fatwa. Short term research cannot come out with it's conclusion and it's result. In gathering data, research was mad to the opinions of international scholars and compares it with the Malaysia scholars. Interview, questionnaire and reviewing the relevant document were another tool was used. The finding indicates that the result of euthanasia problem was decided in Qahirah, Holland, AS, London and others. In Malaysia, they didn't decide anything and do not gazette it as a fatwa yet. The questions are either the patients must be given a chance or not. If they have it, how long they need to detain. The good and bad implications also been discussed. Finally, the research stated or found that the opinions of Dr. Yusof Al-Qardawi are flexible and can be applied accepted.
