Abstract
This book offers some new insights of how second language (L12) reading practitioners may assist learners with reading problems. Reading fluency and comprehension are the primary components of the diagnosis process. Explicit procedures and appropriate tools for both diagnosis and instruction are also presented in this book as guidelines to L2 practitioners who are interested in assisting struggling readers.
