Abstract

This study discussed about the definition of "al-Darurat" and syarak problems related to it. Beside it, this study stressed on the concept of implementing "al-Darurat" itself in legislating hokum syarak, whereby focuses are given to Tsunami issues. This study is done by referring to books which discuss this topic or which are related to it. From this study, we can know what is known as darurat, how to implement it and what are the methods used to legislate hokum syarak. Indirect study can disclose the main principles of syarak about darurat in solving the problems in muslim's life.
