Abstract

The purpose of this academic research to discuss about the woman's role in relation for family well being. Besides that, to explain that the woman's role as an implement the responsibilities for itself and others smoothly. Furthermore, the research also to describe how woman's build up in the future whether as workers or housewives. Writer using the library research and collecting data to find out the information including with conversation session and questionnaire. As a conclusion, writer was achieved the goals of this research to build up as well as excellent generation in the future.
