Abstract

This study aims to find out about the legal rights of the Malays in the Federal Constitution from the standpoint of Islamic public policy. The study also specializes in particular about the source of the evidence the Islamic agreed , the arguments that are not agreed upon Islamic law and jurisprudence methods that have been used to implement the rights enshrined diversity . Special rights of the Malays are described in detail in accordance with the fate of the Malays in their own land. The author also discussed the division of Islamic public policy, Islamic public policy interest, and detailing Islamic public policy. To obtain the information and data, several studies have been used such as qualitative methodology, comprehensive methodology, analysis methodology and also inductive methodology. As the results of this study, the author found that the Malays must protect and preserve the rights of privileges enshrined in the Federal Constitution and comply with the rules of Islamic public policy.
