Abstract

This research is done to know the importance of women's role in family institution. The main focus is about women and their relationship within family, focusing on their role as wife, mother, daughter and sister. Another discussion is on women's right in society and religion and women's priorities in Islam. The methodology used is library research through reference to several books, magazines, journals, newspaper clippings and articles related, and also based on logical ideas. And finally, the study concludes that women definitely play an important role in the family as administrators that determine its success.
