Abstract

This research is discussing about justice in polygamy. As know polygamy necessarily from Allah S.W.T to be practiced amongst Muslim, however that have diverse condition such as justice. From the beginning, writer has focused 'to the polygamy introduce and the reason pertaining that topic. From writing his research, the Author also applied a Library Research Method with observation in many books, such as references books, journal of law, magazines, newspaper, thesis, and other relevant documents that related to this research. Objective of this research, to understand actually concepts polygamy in Islam and to know how about husband implementing there wives justice.
