Abstract

The research is all about the day of judgement, refer to the 'Surah Al-Takwir' in the Quran. This 'surah' have 29 sentences that told us about the day of judgement. As we know, the day of judgement is a secret of Allah fate, that nobody knows when it is happened, neither prophet or even angels. As a muslim, we must believe in the day of judgement that explained by Allah in His Holy Book, Quran and also the 'alsumah' Muhammad s.a.w. Based on the proves that explained about the day of judgement, the main purpose of this research are cleared that the day of judgement will happen in somedays. Believe the judgement day is one from principle as root from all the Islamic believe and also the main point of some parts of 'aqidah'. Although nobody knows when the day of judgement will happen, Allah told various signs that the day are very near. There are two signs of judgement day, small sign (Shugra) and big sign (Kubra). The end of the day will start with the changes in all point at the earth. This research shows that believe in hereafter is the must essential element besides believe to Allah s.w.t in which it is connected to him. Believe in Allah s.w.t and the day of judgement give a great impact to the human's life physically and spiritually. Eventhough nobody know when the day of judgement, but we must believe that someday, the day of judgement will arrive.
