Surat al-Nur wa-atharuha fi bina'i al-mujtama'

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to deepen the knowledge about the Islamic law was related to the criminal of adultery and also the social intercourse in Islam based on the syariat. Beside, this thesis also to know about the story of falsehood or libel was regarding by ummul mu'minin Siti Aisyah in detail. The method of reference was done by books of surah An- Nur such as the book of tafsir, fiqh, hadith and the books was related by the causes of unloading any verses in this surah. The reference was done in some of library such as the library of KUIM, the general library at Islamic center and the library of UIA. By this thesis, the writer can know about the offences for adulterer and who was causing the imputation of adultery. Surah An- Nur is a surah in Qur'an was including the various of Islamic law such as adultery, qazaf, li'an, story of falsehood by ummul mu'minin, adab to enter an another home, adab social intercourse between not a muhrim, order to marry, an instruction from Allah, adab in home and also adab social intercourse by Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.
