Abstract

This study is discussing about will function, as one law of syariah and how it contribute to economy. Islam legalized wills its importance and benefits. Hence, Muslim should familiar with it based on Al- Qur'an and As- Sunnah. As well as to know the conditions, divisions, the 'hukum' and the hidden benefits beside its legislation. Its is author's hope to see every Muslim will be able to comprehend the will and its importance nowadays.
