Abstract

Property an important element of life, so that the purpose of this study is to explore the correct way of using property based on the Al-Quran and Islamic teachings. The issues discussed here focus on the reality of human in managing their property, the methods to gain property. Its importance, and the methods of utilizing it based on the correct manner according to the Al-Quran and not contrary with Islamic teachings. In order to collect the data and information, methods such as reading and getting the information from library, website, magazine, newspaper and so on are used. The result from the study gave explains the true ways to manage properties without deviation such as legalizing trade in exchange of usury, encouraging spending to the needy peoples to curb stinginess, as well as ways to manage property in a right and justly manner.
