Hafaz al-Qur'an wa-qawa'idah

Abstract

This academic project mentioned about "the Holy Quran. the method to keep it by memorization, and the rules used when memorizing". Firstly. the writer will analyzed in general the historical of the Holy Quran, and how the Prophet receives it by memorization. Besides that, the writer tends to reveal about the definition and the hukum a person will receive by memorizing it. Then, the advantages and ethics as a hafiz or memorizer, also available in this matter the method they used for, and rewards achieved by them afterwards. The method used by the writer are related with the library research, referring to Islamic History. Al-Quran's Interpretation, Hadith, and al-Quran, and making interview with several KUIM's students who are the hafiz for more information. From the studies, the writer could find how the memorizer uses their best method, which is suitable for all different of ages.
