Abstract

This research project is focused on the right of women, the equality to the right of men. The study sought to understand the rights of women, which have the same level with the right of men in Islam. Subsequently, the tools employed for data gathering purpose were library research, Internet and reviewing relevant documents. The findings indicate that Islam as granted a certain right to women ant the right are equal to the right of men. These rights were the right to position in administration and politics, right to education, right to employment and the right for husband in marriage.
