Abstract

This project paper discusses the topic related to nawafil prayers based on the authentic prophetic traditions. It contains important issues such as the definition of nawafil prayers. its division into muakkad and non-muakkad as well as its importance and significance. The method used in this study is based on library research. It is found that there are various types of nawafil prayers as explained in the hadith of the prophet s.a.w. that could be practiced as part of ibadah.
