Abstract

Property is one of the important sources in economic development in society. Islam give more emphasizes on guidance "hidayah" and the true methods to invest and acquire the interests from those property. The method that used for gathering a data in this research is literature review that collecting information from the books which related to the subject. The matter that deliver from this research is, indeed Islam not carry out misbehave. but was show the truth in the expend of properties aspects. It includes in all of Islamic Law that determined based on al-Quran. The conclusion, which had seen, Islam makes the property not for purpose of immorality with expend it unbenifially, but merely to serve Allah. Islam also was shown the position of good property make a close relationship among poorer and richer.
