Abstract

The justice of Islam towards the 'women's rights' is a case study which is studied to know about obviously the women's right in the facing globalization world. The writer has classified her writing into several parts such as the history regarding the position of women during the period of Al-Masih, Al-Yahudi and Judaism before and after the coming of Islam. Beside that, it also dealing on the distinction between man and women in appearing for witness, inheritance, the fine of Diah and being a ruler of country. On the other hand, the author also presents about presents about the women's right such as in choosing of husband, dowry, maintenance and the rights of husband and wife in the marriage. The other types of women's rights which also be discussed are the women's rights in the society, political and economic. This type of research is library research. This study is very beneficial towards the researcher, especially to increase the knowledge and information about the women's rights in Islam.
